Minimum rental
period

5 or 7 days, depending on the time of year.

Service Fee
Includes vehicle preparation, check-in briefing and roadside assistance.

Discounts
5% for 14-day bookings >and 10% for 28-day bookings > .

Minimum age of driver and additional drivers
21 years old and driver’s license obtained more than 2 years ago.

Protection Plans
The rental price includes the BASIC Protection Plan.
Possibility to opt for other protection plans.

Payments
• 50% of the total if the booking is confirmed at least 30 days in advance.
The remaining 50% must be paid up to 15 days before the Collection Date;
• 100% of the total, if the reservation is confirmed less than 30 days in advance.

Cancellation Policy
• Up to 30 days before the Collection Date: refund of the amounts paid, minus financial charges (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Between 29 and 15 days before the Pick-Up Date, the amount paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.
• Up to 14 days before the Pick-Up Date, the full amount (no-show fee) will be charged.
